Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions. Please keep your presentation within this timeframe to ensure the conference remains on schedule. Upload your slides to the provided computer during the break prior to your oral session or earlier in the week. Do not plan to use your own computer to connect to the projector. For speed and efficiency, use only the conference-provided computer for displaying your presentation.

Pre-recorded presentations are not allowed, and the person giving the presentation must be able to take and answer questions regarding the content of the presentation and associated research. The presenter must be present in the room. Remote virtual presenters are not allowed.

Poster Presentations

Each poster presentation will have one board reserved for your use. The board will be in landscape orientation and have width 6 ft (182 cm) and height 4 ft (121 cm). The poster is not required to fill this entire space, but it cannot be larger than the allocated size. Plan to set your poster up Tuesday morning prior to the start of the oral sessions.
