All abstracts must be written in English.
Abstracts must concisely state the problem, methodology used, results and main conclusions. Abstracts should have a length between 250-600 words. Longer or shorter abstracts may not be considered for acceptance.
The abstract must include the paper title, presenting author name, affiliation and email address.
The maximum number of abstracts allowed per author is two, in any combination of oral and poster presentations. Students paying a reduced registration fee are only allowed to submit one abstract.
Authors are responsible for checking the status of their abstracts from this website. Acceptance notifications will be sent via email only, and posted on this website.
