Author Guidelines

• Abstracts must be submitted electronically using this website.
• The links for abstract sumbission will be open here starting on September 18, 2023.
• Use the links to the right or below to submit a manuscript or to revise an existing submission.
• All abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts must concisely state the problem, methodology used, results and main conclusions. Abstracts should have a length between 250-600 words. Longer or shorter abstracts may not be considered for acceptance.
• The abstract must include the paper title, presenting author name, affiliation and email address.
• The maximum number of abstracts allowed per author is two, in any combination of oral and poster presentations. Students paying a reduced registration fee are only allowed to submit one abstract.
• Authors are responsible for checking the status of their abstracts from this website. Acceptance notifications will be sent via email only, and posted on this website.
